主人公は画家になることを夢見ていたが、とある出来事をきっかけに夢を諦め、撫子学園の美術教師となる。好きな事を好きと素直に思えない苦悩を抱えつつ、どうにもならない現状に流され続けていく毎日。そんな教師2年目となった主人公の元に従兄妹のエリスが特待生として撫子学園に入学、主人公と同居することになった他、様々な才能・苦悩を持つヒロインたちとの出会いが訪れる。

遊星ブラントの侵略の脅威から、「惑星クレイ」と「ヴァンガード」を護り抜いた先導アイチとその仲間達。だが、運命力の修正によってコーリンとの出会いと、ブラントとの戦いの記憶を失ってしまう。高校生ファイター達の大型大会「ヴァンガード甲子園」の開催が迫る中、失った“何か”を取り戻すための先導者達の戦いが幕を開ける。

The year is now 2041 AD. A new enemy called Zeravire suddenly appears in the solar system, destroying all military installations it comes across.
